My reason for writing.
I started writing when I lost both my parents in a car accident in 2002. I wanted to take my last breath as well. I walked around in a daze for many months wishing I could become invisible. After going to the doctor, he told me to start writing in a journal. I took it one step farther and started writing a book about my parents. Soon I had more tears on the paper than words. I changed the whole idea and started writing a book. That book soon became "Forever Girl." I kept my parents name, but changed the book from nonfiction to fiction. That one book turned into eight more and I am continuing to write every day. God has blessed me with this journey of writing. I thank him everyday for giving me my voice back and my reason to live.
